In the “Introduction to Website Development using Javascript and HTML” course, we will begin by understanding how websites are built, create our own using HTML, and progress to learn how Javascript imbues websites with interactivity. This is the first course of the series; by the final course on Web Development, the children will finish with a capstone project in which they will endeavor to build a fully functional e-commerce website. This is a very visually engaging course, and is vitally useful and important to develop a well-rounded sense of how companies from startups to behemoths like Facebook, Apple, and Google deliver their content to end-users.
